At Ludic, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects your style with zero risk and total confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
